Project Title: Differentiated Instructional Strategies used in Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation: A Comparative Study
Abstract of Project :
My Fulbright research project is a comparative study of the "Differentiated Instructional Strategies" used in U.S. and Indian schools, and to review and facilitate the effective implementation of continuous and comprehensive evaluation in Indian schools. In addition, I propose to

  • Understand the American National Curriculum Policy of 'no child left behind' 
    •  
  • Examine the lesson plans, curriculum and find out how U.S. School teachers use identified and measurable standards of assessment 

  • Visit schools and observe U.S. teachers execute their instructional strategies in the classroom

Upon my return, I plan to train my colleagues in the instructional strategies and the assessment patterns that can be effectively adapted to our schools.
